CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 7981
APPROVING FINAL MAP OF SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS TRACT 3411,
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS THEREIN, APPROVING FAITHFUL PERFORMANCE
BOND AS TO SUFFICIENCY, AND ACCEPTING CERTAIN EASEMENTS
(KNUPPE DEVELOPMENT CO., INC., A CALIFORNIA CORPORATION,
SUBDIVIDER)
WHEREAS, pursuant to Article 1, Chapter 3, Title XI of the Alameda Municipal Code, there
has heretofore been filed with and approved by the Council a Tentative Map of that certain proposed
subdivision known as Tract 3411; and
WHEREAS, Knuppe Development Co., Inc., a California corporation, subdivider herein, has
presented to the Council for approval a Final Map of that proposed subdivision known as Tract 3411;
and
WHEREAS, said subdivider has entered into an agreement with the City of Alameda to construct
and complete the public improvements in said subdivision and to post with the City Clerk of the City
of Alameda a bond in the amount of $280,500.00 to guarantee full and faithful performance of said
work, all in accordance with said Article; and
WHEREAS, said Final Map delineates thereon certain easements dedicated to the public;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Final Map
of Tract 3411 be, and hereby is approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the agreement for construction and completion of the public
improvements in said subdivision, and all its terms and conditions, be and hereby is approved, and
the City Manager and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute and attest to, respectively,
said agreement on behalf of the City of Alameda.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the bond in the sun of $280,500.00, guaranteeing full and
faithful performance of the subdivider's said public improvements construction contract, is hereby
approved as sufficient in amount.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said easements dedicated to the public are hereby accepted,
on behalf of the public, for use in conformity with the terms of the offers of dedication.

5th day of September, 1972, by the following vote, to wit:
