CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 7986
AUTHORIZING REVERSION TO ACREAGE OF LAND PREVIOUSLY SUBDIVIDED
(SUBDIVISION TRACT 1289)
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 7980, adopted September 5, 1972, a public hearing
was duly set for October 3, 1972, for the purpose of considering the reversion to acreage of Sub-
division Tract 1289, the Final Map of which was approved by this Council on October 4, 1955; and
WHEREAS, said hearing was duly held, after public notice thereof, at which the 'llap of
Reversion to Acreage of Fract 1289" was considered, said mao accompanied by evidence of title and
lack of necessity and nor-use of streets which are to be abandoned, and the Council being fully
advised in the premises;
NOW THEREFORE, BE If RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the aforesaid
"Map of Reversion to Acreage of Tract 1289" be, and it hereby is approved.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
3rd day of October, 1972, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Fore, Levy, Longaker, McCall and President La Croix, Jr., (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
