OF PROPERTY AT 2067 CLINTON AVENUE, AND PERMITTING RECORDING
THEREOF (ALFRED FAVRO)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11-319.1
of the Alameda Municipal Code, Parcel Map (Property Division Map) No. 820, being a division into
condominiums of the property at 2067 Clinton Avenue, heretofore accepted and approved by the
Planning Board, is hereby approved and permission given to subdivider to record same, subject to
the conditions set forth in the City Engineer's report to the City Planning Board dated September 1,
1972.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
3rd day of October, 1972, by the following vote, to wit:
