CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 7989
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH COUNTY OF ALAMEDA
PROVIDING FOR PROCESSING OF MOTOR VEHICLE VIOLATIONS CITATIONS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the City Manager and City
Clerk be, and each hereby is, authorized to execute and to attest to, respectively, on behalf
of the City, an agreement with the County of Alameda which provides for the processing procedures
for citations issued by City enforcement representatives for violations of any provisions of
law respecting the operation of motor vehicles within the City, said agreement to be substantially
in the form of that heretofore placed in the Office of the City Clerk and marked, "Filed,
October 3, 1972."

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
3rd day of October, 1972, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Fore, Levy, Longaker, McCall and President La Croix, Jr., (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
