CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 7994
ORDERING CANCELLATION AND REFUND OF PERSONAL PROPERTY TAXES
ERRONEOUSLY LEVIED AND COLLECTED
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Articles 1 and 2,
Chapter 9, Title III, of the Alameda Municipal Code, and the written recommendation of the Auditor
and ex-officio Assessor, it is hereby ordered the following personal oroperty taxes heretofore
erroneously levied and collected be cancelled and the specified amounts refunded:
