CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 7999
APPROVING FINAL MAP OF CONDOMINIUM SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS TRACT 3365
AND ACCEPTING PAYMENT OF FEE IN LIEU OF LAND DEDICATION (3215 BRIGGS
AVENUE - D. B. BITNER CO., INC., SUBDIVIDER)
WHEREAS, there has been heretofore filed with and approved by this Council a Tentative
Map of that certain proposed condominium subdivision known as Tract 3365; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Article 1, Chapter 3, Title XI of the Alameda Municipal Code,
D. B. Bitner Co., Inc., a California corporation, Subdivider herein, has presented to this Council
a Final Map of the said condominium subdivision known as Tract 3365; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Sections 11-327 and 11-329(a)(3), Alameda Municipal Code, said
Subdivider has paid to the City a fee of $2,050.00 in lieu of land dedication for park and recrea-
tional purposes, said payment being hereby approved; and
WHEREAS, no public improvements in said subdivision are required;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Final Map
of Tract 3355 be and hereby is approved and the payment of the fee hereinabove referred to is
accepted in lieu of land dedication.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in adjourned regular meeting assembled
on the 9th day of November, 1572, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Fore, Levy, Longaker, McCall and President La Croix, Jr., (5).
NOES: None,
ABSENT: None.
