CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 8002
APPROVING FINAL MAP OF CONDOMINIUM SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS TRACT
NO. 3445 AND APPROVING EXCEPTION TO LAND DEDICATION REQUIRE-
MENT (2209 CTIS DRIVE - GEORGE A. SMITH AGENCY, INC. DBA
ALAMEDA ASSOCIATES, SUBDIVIDER)
WHEREAS, there has been heretofore filed with and approved by this Council a Tentative
Map of that certain proposed condominium subdivision known as Tract 3445; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Article 1, Chapter 3, Title XI of the Alameda Municipal Code,
George A. Smith Agency, Inc. DBA Alameda Associates, a corporation, Subdivider herein, has presented
to this Council a Final Map of the said condominium subdivision known as Tract 3445; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Board has recommended, and this Council hereby approves, the waiving
of the recreational land dedication requirements set forth in Ordinance No. 1627, New Series; and
WHEREAS, no public improvements in said subdivision are required;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Final Map
of Tract 3445 be and hereby is approved.

I, the undersiyned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
21st day of November, 1972, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Fore, Levy, McCall and President La Croix, Jr., (4).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilnian Lonyaker, (1).
