Resolution 08022490 CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 8022 REJECTING CLAIM OF PETER P. CONNELL AGAINST CITY BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the claim for personal injuries against the City heretofore on January 8, 1973, filed by Peter P. Connell, whose address is 955 Shore Point Court, Alameda, California, be rejected in its entirety on the grounds said claim is not a proper charge against the City; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice of said rejection be in the following words and that a certified copy of this resolution be mailed to said claimant's attorney, Fred T. Jenner, Esq., Attorney at Law, 77 Jack London Square, Oakland, California 94607: "NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the claim which you presented to the City of Alameda on January 8, 1973, was rejected on February 5, 1973. WARNIWG Subject to certain exceptions, you have only six months from the date this notice was personally delivered or deposited in the mail to file a court action on this claim. See Government Code Section 945.6. You may seek the advice of an attorney of your choice in connection with this matter.
