CI FY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 8025
APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA FOR MAINTENANCE
OF STATE HIGHWAY IN THE CITY OF ALAMEDA AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
THEREOF
WHEREAS. the State of California, through its Department of Public Works, Division of
Highways, has presented an Agreement for Maintenance of the State Highway in the City of Alameda,
effective as of January 1, 1973, and to remain in effect until amended or terminated; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents of said Agreement and desires
said City to enter into same;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that said Agree-
ment for Maintenance of State Highways in the City of Alameda is hereby approved and the Mayor
is hereby authorized to execute said Agreement on behalf of the City and the City Clerk is directed
to attest to same.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
6th day of February, 1973, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Fore, Levy, Longaker, McCall and President La Croix, Jr., (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
