CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 8033
REJECTING CLAIM OF DEBRA WILLIAMSON BY AND THROUGH HER
GUARDIAN AD LITEM ROBERT WILLIAMSON AGAINST CITY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the claim against the City here-
tofore on January 19, 1973, filed by Debra Williamson by and through her Guardian ad Litem Robert
Williamson, be rejected in its entirety on the grounds said claim is not a proper charge against the
City; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice of said rejection be in the following words and that a
certified copy of this resolution be mailed to said claimant's attorneys, Foley, Foley and jarvis,
Attorneys at Law, 22300 Foothill Boulevard, Suite 501, Hayward, California 94541:
"NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the claim which you presented to the
City of Alameda On January 19, 1973, was rejected on March 6, 1973.
WARNING
Subject to certain exceptions, you have only six months from the
date this notice was personally delivered or deposited in the mail
to file a court action on this claim. See Government Code Section
945.6.
You may seek the advice of an attorney of your choice in connection
with this matter. If you desire to consult an attorney, you should
do so immediately,'

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly anc regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
5th day of March, 1973, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Fore, Levy, Longaker, McCall and President La Croix, Jr., (5).
NOES: None,
ABSENT: None.
