CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NC, 8034
CREATIN5 A PARK AND RECREATION FUND
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 3-1318,
Alameda Municipal Code, there is hereby created a special account denominated, "Park and Recrea-
tion Fund" into which all tax monies received by the City by application of the Residential
Dwelling Unit Tax Ordinance (Sections 3-1311 and following, 9lameds Municipal Code) shall be
deposited, said monies to be aperopriated and expended in accordance with said Ordinance,

I, the underslgned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and renularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
6th day of March, 1973, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Fore, Levy, Longaker, McCall and President La Croix, Jr., (5).
NOES: None,
ABSENT: None.
