OF PROPERTY AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF ALAMEDA AVENUE AND
UNION STREET, AND PERMITTING RECORDING THEREOF (STONE &
STEWART COMPANY)
86 IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL Of THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11-319.1
of the Alameda Municipal Code, Parcel Map (Property Division Map) No. 980, being a division into
condominiums: of portions of Lots 9 and 10 of the Bartlett Tract (northwest corner of Alameda
Avenue and Union Street), heretofore accepted and approved by the Planning Board, is hereby
approved and permission given to subdivider to record same, subject to the conditions sat forth
in the City Engineer's report to the City Planning Board dated September 5, 1972.

introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled an the
