CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 8037
APPROVING WARRANT NO. 187 OF BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF RECLAMATION
DISTRICT NO. 2105
WHEREAS, there has heretofore been filed with this Council a request for anpreval of a
certain warrant numbered 187 of the Board of Trustees of Reclamation District No. 2105; and this
Council finds that said warrant should be approved; and
WHEREAS, the issuance of said warrant and the face amount thereof were duly authorized
by resolution of said Board at its meeting held on March 15, 1973, said resolution appearing in
the minutes thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED HY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the warrant of
the Board of Trustees of Reclamation District No. 2105 set forth below he and hereby is approved.
