APPROVING FINAL MAP OF CONDOMINIUM SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS TRACT
NO. 3468 AND APPROVING EXCEPTION TO LAND DEDICATION REQUIRE-
MENT (1825 SHORE LINE DRIVE - CLIFFORD H. HAMBLEN AND MERCEDES 8,
HAMBLEN, OWNERS; DORIC DEVELOPMENT, INC., SUBDIVIDERJ
WHEREAS, there has been heretofore filed with and approved by this Council a Tentative
Map of that certain proposed condominium subdivision known as Tract 3468; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Article 1, Chapter 3, Title XI of the Alameda Municipal Code,
Doric Develooment, Inc., a California corporation, Subdivider herein, has presented to this Council
a Final Map of the said condominium subdivision known as Tract 3468; and
WHEREAS, the Council hereby approves the waiving of the recreational land dedication
requirements set forth in Ordinance No. 1627, New Series; and
WHEREAS, no public improvements in said subdivision are required;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED 88 THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Final Map
of Tract 3468 be and hereby is approved.

introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
20th day of March, 1973, by the following vote, to wit:
