APPROVING FAITHFUL FERFORI1ANCE BOND .A o 10 SUFFICIENCY

WHEREAS, there has been hertofore filed with and approved by this Council on February 20,
1973, a Tentative Map of that certain proposed condominium subdivision known as Tract 3481, an
existing 21—unit apratment building located at 17O1 Central Avenue (northeast corner of Central
Avenue and Grand Street); and
Ma:YEAS, pursuant to Article 1, Chapter 3, aati. XI, of the Alameda Municipal Code,
L, G, & d, Inc., a California corporation, Subdivider herein, has presented to this Council
a Final. Lap of the said condominium subdivision known as Tract 3481; and
VaTEREAS, said subdivider has entered into an agreement with the City to construct and
complete the public improvements in said subdivision. and to post with the City Clerk its bond in
the amount of $3,200.00 to guarantee full and faithful performance of said work, all in accord-
ance with said Article;
NOW, :ELEA:FORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY 1510 COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that, the Final Map
Of Tract 3481, be and hereby is approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the agreement for construction and completion of the public
improvements in said subdivision, and all its terms and conditions, be and hereby is approved,
and the City Manager and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute and attest to,
respectively, said agreement on behalf of the City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the bond in the cum of *3,200.00, guaranteeing full and
faithful performance of the subdivider's said public improvements construction contract, is
hereby approved as sufficient in amount.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled an the
3rd day of April, 1973, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Fore, Levy, Longaker, McCall and ' ±rez01ent La uloLx, 01., (5).
NOES: None.
