REJECTING CLAIM OF ROBERT ROSS AGAINST CITY
EE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL cy 5H CITY OF AD A that the claim for damages against the
City heretofore on March 16, 1973, filed hy Robert Ross, whose address is 25 Littlewood Dr.,
Piedmont, California, be rejected in its entirety on the grounds said claLA is not a proper charge
against the City; and
DE IT Hama RESOLVED that notice of said rejection be in the following words and that a
certified copy of this resolution be mailed to said claimant;
"NOTICE 15 HEitEBY GIVEN that the claim which yOU presented to Inc
City of Alameda on larch 16, 1.973, was rejected on April 3, 1973.
(;ARNING
Subject so certain exceptions, you have only six months from the
date this notice was personally- delivered or deposited in the mail
to file a court action on this claim. See Government Code Section
545.5.
You may seek the advice of aa attorney of your choice in connection
with this matter. If you desire to consult an attorney, you should
do SQ immediately."
