REJECTING CLAIM L LOUISE jOST AGAINST CITY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AlMadEDA that the claim for personal injuries
against tha City in the amount of :50,200.00 heretofore on Handl 15, 1573, filed by Louise Jost,
whose address is 2809 Otis Drive, Alameda, California, he rejected in its entirety on the grounds
said claim is not a proper charge against the City; and
BE IT FURMHER RESOLVED that notice of said rejection be in the following words and that
a certified copy of thin resolution. be mailed to said claimant's attorneys, Whitney, Hanson
Ctonehouse, Attorneys at Law, Suite 15, Bank of America Building, Alameda, California 94501:
"NOTICE IS HEREBY OIVMM that the claim which you presented to the
City of Alameda on March 13, 1973, was rejected on April 3, 1973.
WARNING
Subject to certain exceptions, you have only six months from the
date this notice was personally delivered or deposited in the mail
to file a court action on this claim. See Government Code Section
945.6.
You nay seek the advice of an attorney of you' choice in connection
with this natter. If you desire to consult an attorney, you should
do so immediately,"
I, the undersigned, hereby certify tbat the foregoing Resolution was duiv and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regolar meeting assabied on
the 3rd day of April, 1973, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Fore, Levy, Langaker, McCall and President La Croix, Jr., (5)
NOES: None,
ABSENT: Nme.
