BE IT RESOLVED 'BY THE COLTICIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that Section 1 of Resolution
71. 7959, relating to compensation. for and positions of officers and employees of the
City of Alameda, be amended as follows

DE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of this resolution shall be at
300 o;clock p.m. on April 17, 1973.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the provisions of this resolution shall supersede those
portions of Resolution No. 7959, and of any other resolution in conflict hervith, and all
such conflicting previsions aro, to the extent of such conflict only, hereby repealed.
