FIKING AMOUNTS OF ANE APPROVING BONDS OF AUDITOR-
EX OFFICIO ASSESSOR AND OF TREASURER-EX OFFICIO
TAX COLLECTOR
BE
1 RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF UE CITY OF ALAMEDA that, pursuant to Charter
Section 3-7(E), the bonds of the following officers are hereby fixed as to amounts, and
approved:
1. Raymond D. Martin, Auditor-ex officio Assessor of the City of Alameda, in
the amount of $5,000.00, executed by the Pacific Indemnity Company, Los Angeles, California.
2. Ellen Schmalenberger, Treasurer-ay. officio Pax Collector of the City of Alameda,
in the amount of $50,000.00, executed by the Pacific indemnity Company, Los Angeles,
California.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was du ay and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
17th day of April, 1973, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Beckam, Corica, Hurwitz, McCall and President la Croix, OM., (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
