WHEREAS, City taxes have been paid. on the hereinafter described real property
acquired by the City of Alameda by grant deed fran Western Title Guaranty Company, after
commencement of the 1972-1973 fiscal year for which said taxes became a lien on the
property; and
nEMIEAS, pursuant to Section 3-921 and 3-9214, Alameda Ennicipal Code, the portion
of such, taxes allocable to that part of the fiscal year which begins on the date of
acquisition by the City are deemed erroneously collected and refundable to the person who
has paid such tax; and
