HEREAS, the real property situated in the City of Alameda, County of Alameda,
State of California, described. as;
1. AB 381/5-1, Cerruti 0.. Tudal; and
2. AR
3E1/6, George V. g, Nay 1. Cerruti;
has been assessed heretofore for City purposes on the 1972-1973 Secured Roll and taxes levied
thereon in the total sums of $34.48 and y2, respectively, are uncollected and unpaid; and
WHEREAS, after the time said taxes became a lien en said property it was by grant
deed recorded in the office ef the County Recorder of Alameda County on December 22, 1972,
Reel 3304, Image 708, Recorderrs No. 72-172027, acquired and ever since had been and now is
mated by the City of Alameda for municipal purposes, and because of such public ownership is
not subject to sale for delinquent taxes;
NCW, 11E2(FORF, RE IT RESOLVED BY '.11E COUNCIL CF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA, with the
written consent of the City Attorney attached hereto, that all uncollected taxes charged or
levied for City purposes upon the aforesaid real property, together with penalties and costs
thereon be, and the dame hereby are, cancelled and the Auditor and the Tax Collector of the
City of Alameda are hereby authorized and directed to cancel same on their respective tooko.

I, Frederick M. Cunningham, City Attorney of the City of Alameda, State of California,
no hereby consent to the cancellation of any and all uncollected taxes and assessments and
penalties and costs thereon, charged or levied for City purposes upon the parcels of real
property described in the within Resolution.
