Clerk be, and each hereby is, authorized and directed to execute and to attest to, respec,l
tively, on hehalf of the City, and agreement with the County. of Alameda transferring certain
Police Department personnel to the employment of said County and providing centralized police
identification bureau services to the City, said agreement to be substantially in the form.
of that heretofore place on file in the Office of the City Clerk and marked, hFiled, May 1, 1973."
