APPROVING AND PROVIDING FOR THE LXECUTION OF A CONTRACT FOR GRANT TO ACQUELE
AND/OR DEVELOP LAND.FOR OPEN—SPACE PURPOSES NO. 05,CA-09-39—T144 (0) BY AND
BETWEEN TWE CITY OF ALAMEDA AND THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the pending proposed Contract
for Grant to Acquire And/Or Develop Land For Open—Space Purposes No. O5—CA-09-39-1144 (G) is hereby
in all respects approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City is hereby authorized and directed to
execute Contract No. 0S—CA-09-39-1144 (0) in two (2) counterparts on behalf of the City of Alameda,
California, and the City Clerk 15 hereby authorized and directed to impress and attest the official
seal of the Public Body on each such counterpart and to forward such counterparts to the Department
of Housing and Urban Development, for execution on behalf of the Government together with such
documents relative to the approval and execution of such counterparts as may be required by the
Government.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution shall take effect immediately.
