J IT RESOLVED 3Y THE COUNCIL OF TRE CITY O LAID that the certain map, designated
as City Engineer Drawing 69O8B-45, entitled uCount y Gas Tax Funds 1973-74," INnich shows the
locations of proposed city street construction work to he performed, using 1973-74 fiscal year
moneys to be paid to the City by the County of Alameda under the Highway Users Tax Fund of the
State of California, is hereby approved, and the City Engineer is hereby authorized to make
appropriate application to the County of Alameda for funds in accordance therewith.
