Eas.ftnents Vacation Law (Sec's. 50430 and following, Government Code of California), ans upon sub-
mission to and action by the Plarkling Board of said matter, the publie interest requires, and said
Ocmnoil hereby declares its intention to order the vacation of:
(1) A public service eastment (pathway and public utility) located in Lots 2 and 3 of
10' Subdivision Tract No. 3069 as said easement is shown on City Ergineerts Drawing Ne. 6849E,
Case 51, on file in the office of the City Engineer, and more particularly described as:
Real property in. the City of Alameda, County of Alameda, State cf California,
described as follows:
'Id .no WaInkay Easement and Electrical Easement situated in I•t 2 and Lot 3,
as said Lots are 11I10IR1 on the map "Tract 3069, recorded July 11, 1969, o. ook 62 of
Naps, Page 91, Alameda County Records, and more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northeastern corner of said Lot 2, Tract 3069;
201050 along the northern boundary line of Tract 3069 South 63° 410 58" East 6.00 feet,
THENCE South 26° 51, 15" West 216.78 feet to the northern line of Shorepoint Court;
MENGE northwesterly from a tangent bearing North 58' 48' 18" West along the arc of a
347.00 foot radius cue to the left, through a central angle of a 0° 15' 210,
a distance of i.55 feet to a point of compound curve;

of Westline Drive, as said Lot and Drive are shown upon said map;

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVLD that the City- Clerk is hereby directed to publish a copy of this
resolution twice, once in each of two successive weeks prior to said hearing, in the official
newspaper of the City of Alameda, and to cause to be pouted notices of said proposer, easement
vacations in the manner prescribed by Section 50441 of said Code.
