lik110130, a proposed contract with Brink's, incorporated, for their services relating
to parking /later collections during the fiscal year beginning July 2, 1973 and ending June 30, 1974,
has leen submitted to this Council, and the Council is fully informed and aware of the terms and
conditions thereof; and
EIIREAS, it is in the best interests of the City of Alameda that said contract be
entered into;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED 11 THE COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF A.:Y.12DM that the Mayor of
the G10 of Alameda is hereby authorized an directed to execute, for and on behalf of the City
of Alameda, that certain contract referred to above by and between. Brink's, Incorporated, and
the City of Alameda, for their services relating to parking meter collections during the fiscal
ear 1973-1974. The City Clerk ia hereby directed to attest to same.
