AMENDING SECTION 2 OF RESOLUTION NO. 5472, ESTABLISHING TIME
OF OPERATION OF PARKING METERS LOCATED ON OFF-STREET LOTS, AND
SECTION 6 OF SAID RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING ADDITIONAL FIFTEEN
RENTAL SPACES IN SITE W LOT WEBSTER STREET)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that Resolution No.
5472, adopted November 7, 1956, and as amended by Resolution Nos. 5684, 5768 and
6134, is hereby amended by amending Sections 2 and 6 thereof to read:
Section 2. The public off-street parking lots and the meters thereon
shall be in operation on each and every day, excepting Sundays and legal
holidays, from the hour of 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Section 6. There shall be available for rental on a monthly basis,
upon terms, conditions and regulations set out by the City Manager,
thirty-five (35) parking spaces in Alameda-Central Avenuo--Sito C
Parking Lot, twenty-five (25) spaces in Webster Street--Site W Parking
Lot, and twenty-five (25) spaces in Post Office Court--Site A Parking
Lot; provided, however, that such monthly rental shall be not less
than Eight ($8.00) Dollars for each parking space, paid in advance; and
provided further, that such rental shall be revocable at the will and
discretion of the Council of the City of Alameda,

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in
regular meeting assembled on the 21st day of August, 1973, by the following vote,
to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Beckam, Corica, Hurwitz, McCall and President
La Croix, Jr., (5).
NOES: None,
ABSENT: None.
