22 IT RESOLVED EY THE COUNCIL OF 122 CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and each hereby is, authorized and directed to execute, and to attest to, respectively, on
behalf of the City, an agreement with the Board of Equalization of the State of California,
which provides for administration by said Board of the City of Alameda Uniform Sales and Use
Tax (as provided by City ordinances), all in accordance with the purposes of Part 1.5 cf
Division 2 of the Revenue and Taxation Code of California, and of said ordinances, said
agreement to be substantially in the form of that filed in the Office of the City Clerk and -
marked, "Piled, September 18, 1973.'

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
