hereby is appointed to the office of City Ranager of the City of Alameda, said appointment
to take effect from and after December 22, 1973, and upon qualification as provided in
Section 2-9 of the City Charter.
BE IT FIARTifFla RESOLVED that the salary of said City Manager shall be estab-
lished at 032,000.00 per year.
