RESOLVED BY IDE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AIAMEDA that the Specifications and
Provisions for furnishing to the City of Alameda
Item # 1. Two (2) Compact Size Four -Door Sedans for the Auditor-
Assessor and the City Attorney;
Item 42. One(1) Sub - Compact Size Station Wagon for the Purchasing
Department
One (1) 3/4 Ton Pickup Truck for the Street Department;
Item #3.
Item #4. One (1) Four -Door Sedan for the City Manager,
No. MSP 12 -73 -5, filed in the office of the City Clerk on December 11, 1073, be, and the
same are hereby approved and adopted_
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive
sealed bids up to the hour of 11:00 o'clock a.m. on WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 2, 1074, for
furnishing to the City of said vehicles, in accordance with said Specifications and
Provisions. Bids must he presented to the City Clerk, in the City Hall, Alameda, Cali-
fornia, under sealed cover and plainly marked on the outside, "Proposal for Two (2) Com-
pact Size Four -Door Sedans, One (1) Sub- Compact Size Station Wagon, One. (1) 3/4 Ton
Pickup Truck, and One (1) Four -Door Sedan," or similar designation.
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the provisions of the Charter
of said City, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and hest bid. The right is
reserved to reject any or all bids.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, In the Alameda Times -Star,
a notice calling for sealed bids, in accordance with the provisions of this resolution
and of said Specifioa.tions and Provisions.

regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in adjourned regular
meeting assembled on the llth day of December, 1973, by the following vote, to wit:
