CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 8145
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURAL
SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH THEODORE OSMUNDSON IN
CONNECTION WITH SECOND PHASE DEVELOPMENT IN LINCOLN
PARK
BE TT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and each hereby is, authorized and directed to execute and to attest to, respectively, on
behalf of the City, that certain proposed landscape architectural services agreement with
Theodore Osmundson, which provides for preparation of working drawings, specifications and
other bid documents necessary and desirable for the second phase development of facilities in
Lincoln Park, said agreement to be substantially in the form of that on file in the office of
the City Clerk and marked, "Filed, December 18, 1q73."
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting
assembled on the 18th day of December, 1973, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Beckam, Ccrica, Hurwitz, McCall and President La Croix, 1r.,(5).
NOES: None,
ABSENT: None
