CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 8150
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF DENTAL CARE SERVICE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY AND CALIFORNIA DENTAL
SERVICE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Mayor and City
Clerk be and each hereby is authorized to execute and to attest to, respectively, on behalf
of the City, an agreement with the California Dental Service, a California corporation, which
provides for the furnishing of dental services to certain employees of the City, said con-
tract to be substantially in the form of that filed in the office of the City Clerk and
marked,"Filed, January 2, 1974."

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular
meeting assembled on the 2nd day of January, 1974, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Beckam, Corica, Hurwitz, McCall and President La Croix, Jr.,(5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
