AUTHORIZING PAYMENT TO COUNTY OF ALAMEDA FOR
REIMBURSEMENT OF t39,484.58 05 1972-73 FISCAL
YEAR BUSINESS INVENTORIES AD VALROEM TAX LOSS
IN EXCESS OF ACTUAL LCSS
WHEREAS, the amount claimed by and remitted to City for reimbursement of the
1972-73 Fiscal Year Business Inventories exemption ad valorem tax loss was $39,482-58 in
excess of the actual said loss, calculated as follows:

WHEREAS, the County of Alameda has requested refund from the City for such excess
payment, and the same appears in order and recommended by the Auditor-Assessor,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL CE THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the City
Auditor - ex officio Assessor be and he hereby is authorized to pay to the County of Alameda
Treasurer the sum of $39,484.58 as reimbursement for the excess of the 1972-73 Fiscal Year
Business Inventories exemption ad valorem tax loss hereinabove referred to.
