NM IT RESOLVED BY THE ((1J ON THE CITY OF liMUINWL that the term. of that certain
agreement, autnGrized by Resolution No. 7504, adopted July I, 196F, between jack Cummings and
the City, under which said Jack Gunminge 513 granted a license to flaYish golf professional
and starter operations at the Ilasseda Municival Golf Courses, is hereby extended from Decamber
31, 1973 to janmary 31, 1974, and thereafter on a montk-to-sloath basis for periods of one
xonth. each, unless and until said agreement is terminated, notwithstanding Paragraph 2C
thereof, by either party giving the other thirty days written notice of termination.
