BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF HEE CITY OF ATAHEDA that the claim against the City
heretofore on January 28, 1974, filed 5; Edith J. Fuqua, whose address is 3230 San. Leandro
Street, Oakland, California, be rejected Sr its entirety on the grounds said claim is not a
proper charge against the City; and
