CITY OF ATAPLEDA RESOLUTION O. 8167
REJECTING CLAIM OF VICTOR GAILARDO AGAINST CITY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF 161 CITY CF ALUEMA that the claim against the City
heretofore on February 21, 1974, filed by Victor Gallardo, whose address is 1549 — 5th Avenue, Oakland
California, be rejected in its entirety on the grounds said claim is not a proper charge against the
City; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice of said rejection he in the following words and that
a certified copy of this resolution be mailed to said claimant's attorneys, Gordon, Weltin and Holstein,
Attorneys at Law, 629 Market Street, Suite 1015, San Francisco, California 94105;
"NOTICE IS IERBBY GIVEN that the claim which you presented to the
City of Alameda on February 21, 1974, was rejected on March 19, 1974.

Subject to certain exceptions, you have only six months from the
date this notice was personally delivered or deposited in the
mail to file a court action on this claim. See Covemment Code
Section 945.6.
You may seek the advice of an attorney cf your choice in connection
with this matter. If you desire to consult an attorney, you should
do so immediately."
