BE IT 13ESOLVEB BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALIN:MA that the claim against the City
heretofore on February 21, 1974, filed by Bates Hylton, whose address is F. 0. Box 3433, Hayward,
California, be rejected in its entirety on the grounds said claim is not a proper charge against
the City: and
BE IT FURTHEll RESOLVED that notice of said rejection be in the following words and that
a certified copy of this resolution be mailed to said claimnt's attorneys, Gordon, Weltin and
Holstein, Attorneys at Law, 625 Market Street, Suite 1015, San Francisco, California 94105:
"NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the claim which you presented to the
City of Alameda on February 21, 1974, lo.s rejected on March 19, 1974.
WARNING
Subject to certain exceptions, you have only six months from the
date this notice was personally delivered or deposited in the
mail to file a court action on this clairi. See Government Code
Section 945.6
You may seek the advice of an attorney of your choice in connection
with this matter. If you desire to consult an attorney, you should
do so immediately."
