REJECTING CLAM OF CHARLES L. KFLL
AGAINST CITY
BE IT RESOLVED DY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the claim against the City
geretofore on February 21, 1974, filed . by Charles L. Kelly, whose address is 7571 Amador Valley
Blvd., Dublin, California, he rejected in its entirety on the grounds said claim is riot a proper
charge against the City; and
131 IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice of said rejection be in the following words and
that a certified copy of than resolution be mailed to said claimant's attorneys, Gordon, Weltin
and Holstein, Attorneys at Law, 625 'Market Street, Suite 1015, San Francisco, California 96105:
HNOTICE ID HEREBY GIVEN that the claim which you presented to the
City of Alameda on February 21, 1974, was rejected on March 19, 1974.
WARNING
Subject to certain exceptions, you have only six months from the
date this notice was personally delivered or deposited in the mail
to file a court action on this claim. See Government Code Section
945.6.
You ray seek the advice of an attorney of your choice in connection
with this matter. If you desire to consult an attorney, you should
do so immediately."
