LaVE4G RITCHIE AGAINST CITY BE IT RESOLVED BY 11311 COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the claim against the City in the amount of $4,000.00 heretofore on February 21, 1974, filed by M. and Mr5. Irving Ritchie, whose address is 419 East Sutter Street, Manteca, California, ba rejected in its entirety on the grounds said claim is not a Froper charge against the City; and BE IT 330131313113 RESOLVED that notice cf said rejection be in the fa:lowing words and that a certified copy of this resolution be mailed to said claimants: nNCTICE 15 HLRELY GIVEN that the claim which you presented to the City of Alameda on February 21, 1974, was rejected on March 19, 1974. WAMING Subject to certain exceptions, you have only six months from the date this notice was personally delivered or deposited in the mail to file a court action on this claim. See Government Code Section 945.6. You may seek the advice of an attorney of your choice in connection with this matter. If you desire to consult an attorney, you should do ao immediately.!!
