CITY OF' ALUIEDA RESOLUTION NO, 4174
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEXENT WITH STATE OF CALIFORNIA,
ACTING THROUGH THE STATE PERSONNEL Baku, FCP CITY PERSONNEL
SERVICES
BE IT RESOLVED RY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY CF ALAMEDA that John D. Goss, City Manager, and
Ethel M. Fitt, City Clerk, be, and each hereby is, authorized to execute and to attest to, respectively,
on behalf of the City, an agreement, for a term of three (3) years, commencing February 16, 1974,
and ending February 15, 1977, between the City and the state of California, acting by and through
its State Personnel Poard, providing for personnel services incident to the planning, scheduling,
hreparation, construction and rating of written examinations as may be required by the City, said
agreement to be substantially in the form of that filed, including its Exhibits A and F, and the
Fair Employment Practices Addendum, in the office of the City Clerk and marked "Filed, March 19, 1974.,,

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
19th day of March, 1974, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Beckam, Corica, Hurwitz, McCall and
President la Croix, jr., (5).
NOES: None.
