BE IT RESOLVED BY TRE COUNCIL OF TIE CITY OF iAT,I,MCCA that tRe claim against the City
heretofore on March 4, 1974, filed by Joyce Short, whose.address'is 157 Nash Road, Hollister, Cali-
fornia, be rejected in its entirety on the grounds said claim is not a proper charge asainst the
City; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice of said rejection be in the following mords and that a
certified copy of this resolution be mailed to said claimantts attorney, Henmah C. Meyer, Esq.,
