BE IT EISOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALNMEDA that pursuant to the provisions of
Section 3 of Ordinance No. 1079 New Series, as amended by Ordinance No. 1085 New Series, of the
City of Alameda, GEOTZE A. HAOKLEMAN be, and he is hereby appointed to the office cr trustee of
the Pension Board of the City of Alameda for a term commencing on <January 1, 1974, and expiring
December 31, 1976, and to serve until his successor is appointed and is qualified,
