is hereby authorized to make all necessary transfero upon the books of account of said City, to the
end that the balance of said accounts be transferred to the Surplus Account as of June 30, 1974

duced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 18th day
of June, 1974, by the following vote, to wit:

NOES: None.
