Resolution 08216240 CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 8216 AUTHORIZING APPLICATION TO MFTROPOTATTAN TRANSPORTATION CGMMISSICN FOR FEDERAL TRANSPORTATION DEVELOPMENT ACT FUNDS - - CITY BIKEWAY SYSTEM (10,210.00) MATCHING FUNDS BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the City, acting by and through its Director of Parks and Recreation, make formal application to the Metropolitan Transportation Commission for funds in the amount of $10,210.00 to be provided from the federal Transportation Development Act Fund for the purpose of providing an alternative transportation system within the Olty, to consist of off-road bicycle paths and ways along and over certain public property, all as more particularly specified in that certain document on file in said Director's office, and entitled, "City of Alameda, Application to MTC for TDA Funds, L-1-71," to which document reference is hereby made. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that there is hereby authorized to be paid by the City, a like 8UM of $10,210.00, as matching funds to said TDA allocation, for the purpose of financing said project. I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 18th day of June, 1974, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Councilmen Beckam Hurwitz, McCall and Vice President Corica, (4).
