APPROVING MAP SHOWING LOCATIONS OF PROPOSED CITY STREET
CONSTRUCTION WORK TO RE PERFORMED WITH 1974.-75 FISCAL YEAR
MONEYS PAYABLE BY COUNTY 05' ALAMEDA UNDER "MAYOR'S FORMULA,"
1100 DERIVED FROM STATE HIGHWAYS USERS TAX FUND
HE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the certain map, designated
as City Engineer's Drawing 7063B-43, entitled "County Gas Tax Funds 1974-75," which shows the
locations of proposed city street construction work to be performed, using 1974-75 fiscal year
moneys to be paid to the City by the County of Alameda under the Highway Users Tax Fund of
the State of California, is hereby approved, and the City Engineer is hereby authorized to
make appropriate application to the County of Alameda for funds in accordance therewith.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on
the 2nd day of July, 1174, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Beckam, Hurwitz, McCall and Vice President Corica,
NOESt None
ABSENT: President La Croix, jr., (1).
