CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 8236
APPROVING FINAL MAP OF CONDOMINIUM SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS TRACT 3534,
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS THEREIN, AND APPROVING FAITHFUL PERFORMANCE 30ND AS
TO SUFFICIENCY (2133 SANTA CLARA AVENUE)
WHEREAS, there has been heretofore filed with and approved by this Council on November 20,
1973, a Tentative Map of that certain proposed condominium subdivision known as Tract 3534, a 29-unit
condominium project located at 2133 Santa Clara Avenue; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Article 1, Chapter 3, Title XI of the Alameda Municipal Code,
John F. Price, Paul H. Anders and Marvin C. Hcopaugh, Subdividers herein, have presentee to this
Council a Final Map of the said condominium subdivision known as Tract 5534; and
WHEREAS, said subdividers have entered into an agreement with the City to construct
and complete the public improvements in said subdivision and to post with the City Clerk their bond
in the amount uf $1,556.20 to guarantee full and faithful performance of said work, all in accor-
dance with said Article;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Final Map
of Tract 3534, be and hereby is approved.
DE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the agreement for construction and completion of the
(public improvements in said subdivision, and all its terms and conditions, be and hereby is
approved, and the City Manager and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute and
attest to, respectively, said agreement on behalf of the City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the bend in the sum cf 51,556.20, guaranteeing full and
faithful performance of the subdividers said public improvements construction contract, is
hereby approved as sufficient in amount.
