PROPERTY AT 1233 BROADWAY, AND PERMITTING RECORDING THEREOF

BE IT RESOLVED 5Y THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section
11-319.1 of the Alameda Municipal Code, Parcel Map (Prooerty Division Map) No. 1458, being
a division into condominiums of the existing property and building et 1233 Broadway, heretofore
accepted and approved by the Planning Board, is hereby approved and permission given tc
subdividers to record same, subject to the conditions set forth in the City Engineer's report
to the City Planrng Board dated June 12, 1974.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on
the 16th day of July, 1974, by the following vote, to wit:
