CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 8241
ADOPTING BUDGETS FOR EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS APPORTIONED
FROM THE HIGHWAY USERS TAX FUND TO CITIES
WHEREAS, in accordance with applicable provisions of Sections 2106 and 2107 of the
Streets and Highways Code cf California, a project statement and budget has been prepared showing
the estimated expenditures of such funds recommended to be made during the 1974-1975 fiscal year;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered said budgets, is familiar with and approved
the contents thereof;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that said budgets
he and are hereby adopted as the budgets cf expenditures recommended to be made from such funds
during the 1974-1975 fiscal year.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
16th day of July, 1974, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Beckam, Hurwitz and Vice President Corica, (3).
NOES: None,
ABSENT: Councilman McCall and President La Croix, Jr., (2).
