CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 8258
APPROVING FINAL MAP OF CONDOMINIUM SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS TRACT
3545, AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF
IMPROVEMENTS THEREIN, AND APPROVING CASH BOND AS TO SUFFICIENCY
(2205 SAN ANTONIO AVENUE)
WHEREAS, there has been heretofore filed with and approved by this Council on February 19,
1974, a Tentative Map of that certain proposed condominium subdivision known as Tract 3545, a seven-
unit condominium project located at 2205 San Antonio Avenue; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Article 1, Chapter 3, Title XI of the Alameda Municipal Code, Elliott
Kapchan and Rhoda Kapchan, Subdividers herein, have presented to this Council a Final Map of the said
condominium subdivision known as Tract 3545; and
WHEREAS, said subdividers have entered into an agreement with the City to construct and
complete certain improvements in said subdivision and to post with the City Clerk their cash bond in
the amount of $1,500,00 to guarantee full and faithful performance of said work, all in accordance
with said Article;
NOW, THEREFORE, DE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Final Map of
Tract 3545, be and hereby is approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the agreement for construction and completion of certain
improvements in said subdivision, and ail its terms and conditions, he and hereby is approved, and
the City Manager and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute and attest to, respectively,
said agreement on behalf of the City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the cash bond in the sum of $1,500.00, guaranteeing full and
faithful performance of the subdividers said improvements construction contract, is hereby approved
as sufficient in amount.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
17th day of September, 1971, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Beckam, Corica, Hurwitz, McCall and President La Croix, Jr., (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
