CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 8259
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT TO DENTAL CARE SERVICE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN CITY AND CALIFORNIA DENTAL SERVICE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Mayor and City Clerk
he and each hereby is authorized to execute and to attest to, respectively, on behalf of the
city an amendment, to be effective September 1, 1971, to that certain dental care service
agreement with the California Dental Service, a California cororoation, heretofore executed
by said parties pursuant to Resolution No, 8150, adopted January 2, 1974, said amendment to
be substantially in the form of that contract denominated, "Amendment to Agreenent," filed in
the office of the City Clerk and Forked, "Filed, September 17, 1974."

1, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled an the
17th day of September, 1974, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Beekam, Corica, Hurwitz, McCall and President Le Croix, Jr., (5).
